Furniture & Materials: Clients purchase their own furniture, decor, smart devices, and amenities. We provide a curated shopping list with direct links and handle all sourcing, ordering, and installation coordination. A 15% sourcing fee applies. All purchases are pre-approved by the property owner.
Timeline: Standard setup takes 5–10 business days from deposit. Rush service (48hr) available for an additional 25% fee.
Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with the design, we'll make revisions at no extra cost within the first 14 days.
Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking. After work begins, the deposit is non-refundable but will be applied as credit toward future services.
