1. Services
Miami Luxe Stays provides Airbnb and short-term rental setup services including interior design, professional photography, smart home installation, guest experience kits, listing optimization, and ongoing management consultation. Services are subject to availability in our covered areas: Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Dallas, and Las Vegas.
2. Consultations
Free consultations are offered to assess your property and discuss service options. Scheduling a consultation does not obligate you to purchase any services. We may contact you via phone, email, or SMS to confirm and follow up on your consultation.
3. Pricing & Payment
Service pricing is outlined during your consultation and confirmed in a written service agreement before work begins. A deposit of 50% is required to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Payments are processed through our secure payment system via Stripe.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 14 days written notice. If the client terminates after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable and the client shall pay for any completed work at the pro-rata package rate. Full terms are detailed in the individual service agreement.
5. Communications
By using our website and submitting your contact information, you agree to receive communications from Miami Luxe Stays via email, phone, and SMS text messages. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy for details.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Miami Luxe Stays and is protected by copyright law. Photos, listing copy, and marketing materials created for clients remain the intellectual property of the Company. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use these materials for their Airbnb listing and personal marketing purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
Miami Luxe Stays provides setup and optimization services only. We do not guarantee specific revenue, occupancy rates, or booking volumes. Results may vary based on market conditions, property location, pricing, and guest reviews. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid under the service agreement.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation before pursuing legal action.
